Cancel an Order or Request a Return

Badasswear is operated by BigFlash ry. This page explains how to withdraw from an eligible online purchase or request a return. Your statutory consumer rights remain valid even when an online account action is unavailable.

Online cancellation and return requests

Open your Badasswear order history and sign in with the email address used for your order. Shopify sends a one-time verification code by email. Select the relevant order. If the Cancel items or Return items option is available, follow the prompts to submit your request. An online request is not the same as an immediate refund or an approved return; our team reviews it in accordance with the law.

If the online option is unavailable

You can always send an unambiguous withdrawal notice to badasswearfi@gmail.com. State your name, order number (if available), the products concerned and that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. You do not need to give a reason for exercising a statutory withdrawal right. Request an acknowledgment by email. Technical limitations of the customer-account interface do not reduce your statutory rights.

Withdrawal period and returns

For eligible consumer purchases covered by EU distance-selling rules, the statutory withdrawal period is generally 14 days from delivery of the last item in the order. Where separate shipments are delivered, the period normally begins when the last item is received. Communicate your withdrawal before the period expires. Legally applicable exceptions may apply to particular goods.

For ordinary change-of-mind returns, customers generally pay direct return-shipping costs (typically approximately €7 for some European shipments, depending on the parcel and destination). Necessary return costs for defective, damaged or incorrect goods are handled according to applicable consumer law. Request return instructions before dispatching goods; do not automatically send returns to our registered office.

Refunds after a valid statutory withdrawal are made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the withdrawal notice, subject to the statutory right to withhold reimbursement until the goods or proof of return shipment have been received.
