Returns and Exchanges

At Badasswear, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible products within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns

All products are covered by a 14-day return policy in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in resalable condition.

Once your return has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds are typically completed within 30 days.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer direct size exchanges.

If you wish to order a different size, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired size. This helps us process orders faster and ensures product availability.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as customers are responsible for returned items until they arrive at our return facility.
